About the Position:

Currently, Technica is seeking a self-motivated and qualified individuals to join our growing team as a Development Miner - MacLean Bolter. There are multiple open positions available to aid our long‑term development projects in Matachewan, Ontario. We are actively seeking to fill these positions to support the continued success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing pre-operational inspections and ensuring safe operation of mechanized bolter
• Inspecting existing underground headings and scaling loose rocks while working according to work procedures and company policies within a safety conscious environment
• Operate Maclean Bolter to install primary and secondary ground support in development headings
• Operate Maclean Bolter to recondition existing underground drifts and headings
