Our Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to lead and support the successful development of Fortescue’s renewable energy developments in Australia, including solar, wind, and storage initiatives. This role is accountable for driving developments from concept through to construction, ensuring commercial viability, securing necessary approvals, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
By integrating technical, commercial, environmental, and social considerations, the position contributes to Fortescue’s mission of becoming a global leader in green energy, delivering projects that are safe, sustainable, and commercially robust.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the development of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage) from concept through to construction.
• Prospecting, including identify project sites, key stakeholders, required permits and approvals and resource potential.
