Job Description

The Catholic Prison Ministries Coalition (CPMC) is seeking a mission-driven Development Manager to help advance and sustain a growing national ministry dedicated to supporting prison, jail, and detention ministers, serving all those impacted by incarceration, and promoting restorative justice rooted in the Gospel and Catholic social teaching.
The Development Manager will lead and strengthen CPMC's fundraising and donor engagement efforts, helping secure the financial resources necessary to expand formation, training, retreats, advocacy, and pastoral support for prison ministry throughout the Church in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement annual fundraising and donor engagement strategies
• Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, dioceses, and philanthropic partners
