Are you a Development Manager with land subdivision experience? This is an opportunity to join a long establised National Developer. This role is to look after two major projects in the Ipswich Corridor. One is at the civil stage and the other is in planning.

This is an autonomous role, you will need to stand by your commercial decisions and look at creative ways to increase yields to satisfy profit outcomes.
