Development Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead the delivery of new homes and communities at Magenta Living. You’ll play a key role in identifying and progressing development opportunities, managing projects from contract through to completion, and ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and external partners, you’ll manage risks, oversee procurement, monitor project performance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll also contribute to shaping development strategies, promoting sustainable solutions, and ensuring compliance with Homes England and regulatory requirements.
