  • Salary: USD $150,000 - USD $200,000 per year + incentives + medical insurance + 401k

A leading international real estate development group is seeking an experienced Development Manager to support the delivery of a landmark ultra-luxury resort and private residential community in Baja California Sur. The project will comprise branded residences, high-end hospitality, resort amenities, and golf within a master-planned coastal setting.

This role will act as the day-to-day driver of development execution, working directly with senior leadership and ownership. The successful candidate will manage critical workstreams across design, entitlements, procurement, and construction, ensuring programme, budget, and quality objectives are achieved across multiple assets.
