Development Lead

We are recruiting a Development Lead for a governmental organization located in the Jerusalem area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technological and methodological aspects of the development teams across the organization
• Define development policies, standards, and development methodologies
• Plan and design application architecture
• Lead development activities in a hybrid environment (On-Prem and Cloud)
• Select development tools and manage configuration processes
• Implement advanced solutions and optimize system performance
• Provide professional guidance and mentorship to developers
• Lead research and development (R&D) processes and initiatives

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Full Stack development
