Contribute to local engineering projects as a Project Manager in Development Inspections for the Town of Caledon. Ensure project compliance and integrity through effective site management.
This full-time position involves overseeing inspection processes for construction sites, including roads and utilities. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, issue compliance orders, and manage project documentation to uphold Town standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform inspections for subdivision and site plan construction
• Issue notices and manage project reporting
• Ensure compliance with Town engineering specifications
• Consult with developers and contractors regularly
• Field inquiries from the public and regulatory entities
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years in municipal engineering field
• OACETT certification or eligible for Professional Engineer
