Responsibilities
of the Engineer:
Support land and development teams during feasibility studies, contributing engineering input and preparing viability information Appoint and manage external engineering, utilities and technical consultants, agreeing scope, fees and programme requirements Coordinate engineering design information and ensure timely flow of data in line with programme deadlines and standards Assist in planning processes by identifying technical risks, supporting conditions discharge and reviewing regulatory requirements Provide technical guidance on highways, drainage, sewers, utilities and ground strategies, ensuring commercial and regulatory requirements are met Support the preparation of tender documentation and assist in setting up management companies where applicable Manage the progression of roads, sewers and utilities through to adoption with local authorities and statutory providers Attend...
