With a strong and growing development pipeline spanning refurbishments, large-scale redevelopments and new-build projects, we are seeking an experienced Development Cost Planner to join our Melbourne-based Property team.

This is a rare opportunity to work client-side within a fast-moving, commercially driven hospitality group — shaping cost certainty across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager of Development and the General Manager of Construction Delivery, you will play a critical role from early feasibility through to detailed design — ensuring projects are commercially viable, accurately scoped and cost certain.
