Development Manager (Developer)

About the job: The Development Manager (Developer) is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile applications. This role combines leadership and hands‑on programming responsibilities, providing technical guidance, writing code for critical modules, and ensuring quality, security, and scalability. The Development Lead coordinates with business analysts, QA, and IT teams and reports directly to the Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications (web, mobile, internal systems)
