We have an exciting opportunity for a Development and Education Coordinator to join our team in Sydney for 12-month fixed term contract. This is a part-time position, working 3 days a week. The purpose of the role is to lead, implement, support and report on BESIX Watpac’s Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate, implement and report on the Women in Construction Industry Innovation Program (IIP) projects undertaken in NSW by BESIX Watpac.
  • Consult and provide support to stakeholders involved in the program including State Government, staff, subcontractors, clients, and external facilitators.
  • Implement training needs and initiatives to support nationally accredited outcomes.
  • Manage, coordinate, support and attend internal workshops.
  • Managing training and compliance outcomes in accordance with the Program.
