Development Analyst

Survalent is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Development Analyst to join its Development Team, which is responsible for supporting processes and maintaining high product quality. The ideal candidate will have a background or interest in Survalent’s core products—SCADA, OMS, and DMS, which support real-time electrical distribution network operations. In this role, the Development Analyst will collaborate closely with developers to enhance quality, manage issue triage, set priorities, and serve as the key liaison between the Support and QA teams.

We’re looking for someone with experience in SCADA, OMS, or DM and a strong interest in real-time systems . You should be comfortable with Jira, Confluence, agile practices , and skilled at troubleshooting and testin g.
