Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, merit cycles, bonuses, stock plans, and allowances

  • Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation packages, and calculation logic for New India Salary Structure

  • Design and implement compensation review processes, guidelines, budgets, and approvals

  • Develop and maintain calculated fields, business process frameworks, condition rules, and validations

  • Support annual compensation cycles, testing, data validation, and end-user training

  • Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams to ensure best practices and compliance

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions

  • Create functional design documents and user guides

  • Workday Certification in Advanced Compensation (Active)
