Developer Services Support Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Developer Services Support Advisor to join our Integrated Delivery Services team based at our Leat House office in Washington, Tyne and Wear.

The purpose of this role is to provide first class technical administrative support in a customer service environment dealing with new water service connections, whilst delivering an unrivalled customer experience to all internal and external customers.

You’ll be responsible for liaising with developers, consultants, and contractors in respect of the delivery of their water supply, ensuring they have all the support and guidance throughout the process and managing the customer experience and expectations.

You will manage the developer journey from inspections up to the point they are ready for the water connection. This requires you to liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all relevant criteria is met before the connection can be made.
