Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and well-rounded Project Development Manager to lead projects from the early planning stage through implementation and delivery. This role is suitable for candidates from either:
Civil Engineering background
Architecture background Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, design coordination, authority submissions, and overall development strategy
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders
Manage project implementation timeline, cost, quality, and progress
Monitor project delivery from pre-development to completion
Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and commercial requirements
Support feasibility studies, tender processes, and project execution planning Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
Experience in property development or construction environment
