**Job Summary**
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users experiencing technical or functional issues related to Manufacturing Cloud Sales Service Cloud. Diagnose and resolve problems related to workflows data user access and other platform functionalities. Triage and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or development teams. Document and track issues through resolution.
