We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer with a strong background in , Docker, and hands-on experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the DACH market.
We have a Prototype platform that needs a thorough technical audit, deployment stabilization, and finalization. The platform includes:
- + TypeScript frontend and API (pnpm monorepo)
- Docker Compose deployment with Caddy reverse proxy on a VPS
- CI/CD pipeline via GitHub Actions (rsync → VPS)
- Sprengnetter AVM property valuation integration
- Immoservice Austria data integration (geocoding, market indicators, exports)
- Claude-powered knowledge agent with SSE streaming
- 9-domain Austrian real estate knowledge base
