Developer (.NET and PHP)

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in C#/.NET Blazor framework, Microsoft SQL Server, and GitHub-based collaborative development workflows. The role demands adherence to Malaysian government compliance standards including DDSA (Data Dictionary Sektor Awam), MAMPU guidelines, and PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act 2010). Developers are expected to work within an Agile/Scrum methodology, participate in sprint ceremonies, and contribute to cross-module standardisation initiatives.

1) Application Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain web application modules using C#/.NET Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly) framework in accordance with application architectural standards.
• Develop reusable Blazor components, shared libraries, and UI controls distributed as internal NuGet packages for cross-module consistency.
