Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Webflow Developer with strong front‑end skills and a proven track record in performance optimisation to help us build a new, high‑performing marketing website in the women's health space.
Responsibilities
-Build a new marketing website in Webflow from approved designs (desktop and mobile).
-Implement clean, semantic structure and reusable components (symbols, classes, CMS collections).
-Optimise all pages to achieve Google PageSpeed Insights scores of 95+ on mobile, including Core Web Vitals.
-Optimise images, fonts, and interactions to minimise load time and improve UX across devices.
-Integrate basic marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, tag manager, pixels) without degrading performance.
-Collaborate with the founder and design team during Hong Kong business hours for rapid feedback and iteration.
-Document structure, class naming, and key optimisation decisions for future maintenance.
