We're an interior design / design-build studio building an internal-only SaaS-style platform (Hexaspace OS) to run our operations end-to-end (sales → procurement → site execution → billing). This is not a public SaaS—single-firm use, but we want product-quality engineering.
MVP Scope (must-have)
Lead capture + lightweight CRM pipeline
Proposal / quotation generator + contract artifacts
Project + room management
BOQ + item master (cost, margin, GST tax fields)
Vendor management + Purchase Orders
Shipments / receiving (GRN), damage tracking
Daily Site Reports (mobile) + photo uploads
Punch lists + assignments
Invoices + payments with GST invoice validation + payment allocation
Approvals engine (client/internal approvals) + SLA reminders
Immutable audit log (who changed what + timestamps)
Integrations + Tech Preferences
Accounting: Zoho Books / Tally / Xero (at least one live in MVP; others stubbed via adapters)
Messaging/notifications: WhatsAp...
