Key Responsibilities: Chatbot and Voice bot Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable chatbot and voice bot solutions using the KORE.ai platform. Utilize Java, Python, or Node.js for backend development and server-side programming. Create and manage data storage solutions with JSON, Redis, or MongoDB.
