Context and objective of the role

Join the IT Innovation team within the IT Department as a developer focused on engineering, maintaining, and improving core AI tools. The role complements the team’s architect by focusing on business enablement, AI security, and custom solutions for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and chatbot management. The position operates within a liquid team structure with an 80/20 main/flex role split, in close collaboration with business colleagues and stakeholders.

Main responsibilities

AI Product Engineering
• Develop and maintain core AI tools, with responsibility for operational uptime and incident response
• Build, configure, and maintain RAG pipelines
• Maintain existing integrations and develop new integrations to internal data sources
