Job Purpose
We are looking for a Developer II, Identity and Access Management to design, build, and modernize mission‑critical applications on IBM z/OS. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery across batch and online systems, contributing to high‑availability services that support core business operations. This role blends hands‑on development with systems analysis, performance tuning, secure coding practices, and DevOps automation in mainframe environments.
Responsibilities
Design & Development
Develop and maintain COBOL, PL/I, and Assembler programs for batch (JCL) and online (CICS/IMS) workloads.
Build and optimize data access using DB2, IMS-DB, VSAM, and MQ.
Create reusable utilities and automation using REXX , CLIST, and shell scripting where applicable.
Systems & Performance
Analyze SMF/DB2/CICS metrics and tune programs, DB2 SQL, VSAM structures, and buffer pools to reduce CPU and elapsed time.
