This is 6 Months / until Nov 2026 CONTRACTUAL/PROJECT BASED EMPLOYMENT (It means that your contract will be under Ben Edictio but you will be assigned to our client. Ben Edictio will process your payroll/salary but you will be working with our client. After your 6 months contract or until Nov 2026, it depends if the company will absorb you or extend/renew your contract).

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid NO Work NO Pay but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO for employee & Mandatory Benefits;
