Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Admin •6+ years of experience with managing ServiceNow •Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow product suite (ITSM and ITOM/CMDB) •Fundamental understanding of technologies used with ServiceNow integration (eBonding, SSO, REST, APIs, etc) •Good understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM •ServiceNow certifications •ITIL4 Foundation certification •CMDB, Discovery and JavaScript skills – should have worked with relationships, discovery patterns, troubleshooting any of the issues with the CMBD •ITOM, ITAM world and/or integrations, CSM (Employee Center Development)
