Founding Senior Software Engineer (E-commerce SaaS)

The Founding Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and ship new products for Mailmend's e-commerce SaaS platform. This role will own the technical foundation of our next generation of products, including tools that increase conversion rate, upsells, email performance, and customer retention for Shopify brands.

As our first engineering hire, you will play a critical role in turning ideas into real, revenue-generating software. You will work closely with the CEO to decide what to build, how to build it, and how to scale it. This is a hands-on role with high ownership and long-term growth into a technical leadership or CTO position.

We are looking for someone who loves building real products, understands e-commerce deeply, and has shipped SaaS tools used by real customers.
