Job Description

This Dev Team Lead position is with a B2C company who are the industry leader in their field. You'll be working with a team of 6 highly capable engineers on phase 2 of a greenfield project.

If you had to split this role between mgmt. and dev, I would say you would be looking at around 75% mgmt. with 25% dev.


The overall tech stack is React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS but don't feel like you need all of these in your locker to apply.


Some key responsibilites are:

  • Delivering strategic tech vision

  • Collaborating with Product, Design, and other Dev teams

  • Ensure code is performant and scaleable 

  • Drive consistent standards throughout Dev teams

    • The successful Dev Team Lead will be rewarded with up to £80,000 as well as remote working options. This will be fully remote initially until lockdown is lifted.
