Product Lifecycle Management: Supervise and drive the efficient Dev-Com process, ensuring projects meet brand and consumer needs and are successfully scaled to mass production on time (optimizing time-to-market).
Commercialization & Profitability: Lead the planning and commercialization of projects according to seasonal calendars and strict cost/margin targets.
Global Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders including factories, superiors, and cross-functional teams - to drive timely decision-making and maintain professional relationships.
