Despatch Operative

Hours: Monday to Thursday 14:00-18:00

Friday 13:00-15:00

Pay Rate: £12.84 per hour

The Best Connection is recruiting a Despatch Operative to join a busy growing manufacturer in the Telford area. This is a hands‑on role supporting the movement of finalised products ensuring orders are prepared safely, correctly and efficiently.

Role Overview

  • Organising, labelling and sorting electronic goods ready for dispatch
  • Dispatch goods in correct orders and quantities
  • Checking products for damage and reporting any issues to the relevant supervisor
  • Ensuring the dispatch and loading areas remain clean, tidy, and safe at all times
  • Working closely with the dispatch and production teams to meet daily deadlines
