Role: IT Support/Desktop Support – L1/L2

Location: 6 Battery Road, Singapore (on-site)

Employment type: 1 Year - FTC


Job Description:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and standard business applications
  • Manage user accounts, email, and access (Active Directory)
  • Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (e.g., SMAX, ServiceNow)
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and basic server issues
  • Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
  • Maintain IT documentation and the asset inventory.
