Role: IT Support/Desktop Support – L1/L2
Location: 6 Battery Road, Singapore (on-site)
Employment type: 1 Year - FTC
Job Description:
- Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and applications
- Support Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and standard business applications
- Manage user accounts, email, and access (Active Directory)
- Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (e.g., SMAX, ServiceNow)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and basic server issues
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
- Maintain IT documentation and the asset inventory.
