Excel Coil Coating Corp. is seeking a skilled Desktop Support/Technician to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and technical support of our company's desktop computers, software, and other related equipment. This is a full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Providing first-line support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, printers, and other peripheral devices
• Assisting users with the setup and use of various software applications and programs
• Responding to and resolving IT-related inquiries and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
