We are currently seeking a Desktop support-Windows operating system to join our team in Hermosillo, Sonora (MX-SON), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities:

  • Handling hardware and software tickets for computers, tablets, cell phones, printers, monitors, handheld devices, handheld printers, time clocks with face recognition (Kronos). 
  • Coordinating with infrastructure, application, security and network providers.
  • Management of warehouses (in & outs).
  • May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops /notebooks/ printers.

    • Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Windows operating
  • Knowledge and experience with Service Now and Office Suite
  • Experience in managing suppliers and staff under their supervision 
  • Client service skills attending VIPs
  • Intermediate English level desirable
