JOB DESCRIPTION Handling hardware and software tickets for computers, tablets, cell phones, printers, monitors, handheld devices, handheld printers, time clocks with face recognition (Kronos). Coordinating with infrastructure, application, security and network providers. Management of warehouses (in & outs). May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops /notebooks/ printers. Knowledge of Windows operating Knowledge and experience with Service Now and Office Suite Experience in managing suppliers and staff under their supervision Client service skills attending VIPs Intermediate English level desirable
