Job Description

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for their Saint Louis, MO location. Requirements:

+ 6+ years of enterprise Desktop/Deskside Support experience.

+ Strong experience supporting executive/VIP users in enterprise environments.

+ Preferred Domain Background

+ Large enterprise IT support environments.

+ Consumer Goods (CPG), Manufacturing, Healthcare, Banking, or Fortune 500 organizations with high-touch executive support.

+ Experience working in onsite corporate offices and walk-up IT support centers (Tech Bar/Apple Genius Bar style).

+ Customer Service with ITSM knowledge

+ Deskside support experience and walk-in support experience

+ White Glove Support experience

+ Operating System Troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues on Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS and Apple devices (iOS, iPads.
