Job Description – IT Support Specialist / Field Technician

We are seeking a technically skilled IT Support Specialist to address service work orders, support end‑user devices, and assist with network and data center infrastructure. The role involves working on projects of moderate complexity, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and providing onsite technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals, and site security equipment
• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of service work orders
• Assist with data center and application architecture support
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and support switches, routers, and firewalls under the guidance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver Team
