Responsibilities

  • The role will be considered for both daytime (8:00 - 16:00) and nighttime (00:00 - 8:00) shift times Monday to Friday Onsite (Not Remote)
  • Identifying and resolving the root cause of office hardware, network, and software malfunctions
  • Provide end-user support and assistance on various operating systems and applications
