Desktop Support Technician

1. General:- Provide support to the workforce across EMEA ensuring that IT hardware and software is fit for purpose and in working order- Maintain of IT system and infrastructure such as servers and network, printers, conference systems- Keep inventory list (hardware, software license, etc.) updated- Document all faults and resolutions, accurately and systematically- Liaise with support vendor for networks, servers, etc. to resolve technical / procurement issues- Assist the IT Manager with the implementation of any new processes and procedures required for IT needs of the business- Once enough experience has been gained after joining the company, assist Day to Day Support with Operation Team as the 2nd line support- Cover the team members when there is a lack of human resources- Liaise with Head Office IT support in Japan HQ- Assist IT related audits and IT review, evaluation activities- Assist IT managers to manage allocated IT budget- Any other duties as required within the scope of ...
