Job Summary
The Desktop Support Technician supports the daily operation of IT systems across clinical and business environments. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and deploying end-user devices, ensuring staff have reliable access to the systems required to perform their work effectively.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and workstation equipment

+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues in a fast-paced environment
