Desktop Support Technician

Overview

TEKsystems is in need of a Desktop Support Technician to assist with a large enterprise‑wide device refresh initiative. This role is fully on‑site and focuses on imaging, deploying, and supporting Windows‑based devices. The technician will work directly with end users across all levels of the organization, providing hardware troubleshooting, break/fix support, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Image, configure, and deploy Windows 10/11 devices using established tools and processes.
  • Perform deskside support, including hardware troubleshooting, repair, and replacement.
  • Provide customer‑facing support for end users across all departments and technical skill levels.
