Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-user hardware support, manage IT assets, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role involves desk side support, hardware break-fix services, inventory and supplier management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide hardware break-fix support, primarily through whole unit replacement when required
  • Deliver deskside and end-user support as per defined service standards
  • Execute hardware installations, upgrades, and configuration changes
  • Manage and maintain on-site spare parts and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Macintosh, Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms
