Description

This person will own day-to-day end-user support out of our Fort Lauderdale office. This is a hands-on, white-glove support role supporting roughly 100 users across onsite and remote staff in a private aviation environment where uptime and responsiveness matter. We have an off-site support team that shares day-to-day ticket management and support; this role is the dedicated onsite presence in Fort Lauderdale, working alongside that team to cover hands-on, in-person needs and serve as the local face of IT.
