Subject: AV Site Survey & Proposed Scope of Work – Cebu City (16th Feb)
The activity scheduled for 16th February is an AV Site Survey at the following location:

Philippines Skyrise 4 Building,
W. Geonzon Street, Apas,
Cebu City
Following the site survey, the client will confirm the schedule for the AV Cisco installation.
Proposed Scope of Work – Video Endpoint Installation & AV Integration:
Install and mount video conferencing endpoint (codec, camera, microphone, speakers)
Connect endpoint to display screens and audio system
Terminate and label required network, HDMI, and audio cables
Configure network settings and register the device (Teams / Zoom / Webex, etc.)
Integrate with existing AV system (control panel, DSP, switcher if applicable)
Perform complete testing of audio, video, and call functionality
Provide basic user demonstration and handover documentation
