Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join our team and work with a leading banking institution to ensure seamless IT operations.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for devices and platforms such as Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Microsoft Surface, and more.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Manage and resolve tickets while adhering to SLAs and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience is essential.
  • Experience: 4+ years of IT operations experience in large-scale environments (4000+ users). At least 3 years of experience supporting IT operations within the banking sector. <...
