Desktop Support Senior Associate-Field Tech
Location: Mexicali, Baja California (MX-BCN), Mexico (MX).
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
- Identify potential issues that could adversely impact the end‑user experience and take corrective actions.
- Apply strong knowledge of Windows operating systems to maintain and support client hardware.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with Windows operating systems.
- Solid client service skills.
- Additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
