We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Associate to join our Corporate IT team. As a System Associate, you will be responsible for providing first and second-line IT infrastructure support, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure services, supporting endpoint management, and ensuring efficient day-to-day IT operations.
What to expect in your journey
Infrastructure & Systems Support
- Provide day-to-day support for Active Directory, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), on-premises networking, and endpoint issues.
- Assist in managing Microsoft Azure resources, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), virtual machines, storage, and related services.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
