Our client, a leader in Health and Fitness publishing is looking for a desktop support person.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical helpdesk and provide leadership to staff.
- Identify technical gaps and recommend solutions to senior management.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the systems software, hardware and service offerings as well as stay abreast of the current trends in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Experience with both PC and Mac environment.
- 5 years experience in a helpdesk/support environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong technical skills – internet technology, understanding of networks, protocols and hardware is a must.
- Technical certifications an asset.
