Our client, a leader in Health and Fitness publishing is looking for a desktop support person.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technical helpdesk and provide leadership to staff.
  • Identify technical gaps and recommend solutions to senior management.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the systems software, hardware and service offerings as well as stay abreast of the current trends in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Experience with both PC and Mac environment.
  • 5 years experience in a helpdesk/support environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills – internet technology, understanding of networks, protocols and hardware is a must.
  • Technical certifications an asset.
