Job Description
Main Tasks and Responsibilities include:
- Set up of computers (hardware and software)
- Installation of computers and networking
- Provide end-user technical desk-side support (installation, configuration, problem identification and resolution) for Microsoft products and all business software.
- Equipment movements
- Return of IT stock, dispatching and IT asset management of stock
- Servicing of IT equipment
- Testing and benchmarking
- Matric and Completed A+ and N+ qualifications
- 1 years experience in a Desktop Support or similar IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
