Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support / EUC Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in SCCM, Windows environments, and enterprise end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain client computer systems
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests (hardware, software, networking)
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Perform OS installations, upgrades, and software deployments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and system issues
- Handle IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) for devices and printers
- Manage loaner devices and peripheral inventory
- Set up desk phones and provide user guidance
- Support L2/L3 teams with on-site touch services
- Install/de-install Audio-Visual equipment in conference rooms
- Conduct site surveys before major activities
