Job Description

Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable IT professional to coordinate a range of activities from simple tasks to complex plans. The role provides onsite/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop environment, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

You will triage and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices; configure new workstations; and support remote users with VPN and connectivity.
