L2 Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive L2 Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing second-line technical support, resolving complex hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, Office 365, and application issues
  • Handle escalations from L1 support and ensure timely resolution
  • Perform system installations, configurations, and upgrades
  • Support Active Directory tasks (user account management, password resets, permissions)
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
