L2 Desktop Support Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and proactive L2 Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing second-line technical support, resolving complex hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, Office 365, and application issues
- Handle escalations from L1 support and ensure timely resolution
- Perform system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Support Active Directory tasks (user account management, password resets, permissions)
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams when required
